This event is about transforming ourselves, our organisations and our systems.
Together.

Shifting power is how we change the future.
We need systemic solutions to the global challenges we face. Decentralising power and control is one of the important levers to shift to a more sustainable, equitable future. We’re bringing together leading practitioners who are experimenting at the edges of collaborative decision making, networked organising, community building and asynchronous collaboration.

How we work matters.
Systemic change begins with what we can each control. The spaces where we work are an opportunity. Building radically collaborative, effective teams creates a pathway to further enabling our collective potential.

Let’s do this together.
We recognise that new skills are needed to meet this moment. There are new capacities, mindsets, tools and methods to develop. We have evolving fields of practice and experiments to learn from. Collectively we have much to share. Let’s learn from each other, connect and amplify this growing movement.

Whatever we are trying to change, fix, transform, shift, abolish or disrupt....

It all starts with Doing Better Work Together.

Chan

Mel Chan (she/they) is an Enspiral Network member, DSIL Global kin, spinner of those elusive seaweed threads that weave this network of networks.

As an entrepreneur, facilitator, advisor, and coach, Mel sees her role as one rooted deeply in listening and accompaniment, journeying alongside clients, allies, and collaborators.

Playful yet unafraid of hard truths, she finds joy in facilitating and designing with individuals, communities, and organisations to seed big ideas and make the seemingly impossible possible.
